Sapphire Light Guide is a light guide block used in laser beauty devices. It is a rectangular optical glass block with all six surfaces optically polished. One end face is coated with a cutoff filter, typically blocking wavelengths below 575nm while allowing light in the 600nm–1200nm range to pass through. The transmitted light undergoes total internal reflection within the guide block and exits from the opposite end, ultimately reaching the skin for laser cosmetic treatments. This component serves as the optical window in IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) beauty devices.
